Sell Your Car Submissions: When you submit a vehicle through the "Sell Your Car" form, we collect your full name, contact number, and vehicle details (make, model, year, transmission, mileage, condition, description, and optional photos).
Messenger Inquiries: When you contact us through Facebook Messenger via our Site, your communication is handled by Meta (Facebook). We receive your messages and public profile information as provided by Meta.
Automatically Collected Data: Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this Site.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To respond to your vehicle inquiries and provide buying estimates. To communicate with you about vehicles you're interested in purchasing or selling. To operate, maintain, and improve our website. To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely in our database hosted on Supabase, with row-level security policies and encrypted connections. Vehicle images are stored in secure cloud storage. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain sell inquiry submissions for as long as needed to process your request and for our business records. Vehicle listing data is retained for operational and financial reporting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 7).

Facebook / Meta: For Messenger-based vehicle inquiries and auto-posting. Subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
Supabase: For database hosting and authentication. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.
