At NB Auto Trading, we respect your right to control your personal data. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and in compliance with Meta's (Facebook) platform policies, you may request deletion of any personal data we hold about you.
Depending on how you've interacted with us, we may have the following data:
Sell Your Car submissions: Your name, contact number, and vehicle details you submitted through the Sell Your Car form, including any photos you uploaded.
Messenger conversations: Messages sent through Facebook Messenger are stored by Meta. We may retain conversation history on our Facebook Page for customer service purposes.
Admin accounts: If you were granted admin access, we hold your email address and authentication records.
To request deletion of your personal data, contact us through any of the following methods:

Please include the following in your request: your full name, the email or phone number you used when contacting us, and a description of the data you want deleted (e.g., "my Sell Your Car submission from [date]").
We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted.
Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove your personal information from our database, including your name, contact details, and any submitted vehicle information or photos. Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for business analytics.
Please note that data stored by third parties (Facebook/Meta, Google) must be deleted through those platforms directly. We can only delete data within our own systems.
If you used Facebook Login to interact with NB Auto, you can also remove our app's access to your data through your Facebook Settings:
Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → find NB Auto → Remove. This revokes our access to any Facebook data associated with your account.
